Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the villa manager and will take effect upon receipt of the notification. The following conditions apply :

• 90 to 46 days prior to arrival : The 50% deposit will be forfeited.

• 45 to 0 days prior to arrival : A 100% penalty applies; the full balance for the stay will be charged.

• No-shows or early departures : The full cost of the originally reserved stay will be charged.

Additional Notes

• Cancellations outside the penalty period: A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the deposit refund.

• Changes to arrival or departure dates within the penalty period : These will be treated as cancellations and subject to applicable penalties.

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that clients obtain travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, delays, or unexpected incidents.
